What is Jallikattu? What is clear is that there are no bullfighters in Jallikattu. There are no swords or wooden sticks stabbing the bull everywhere and in the center of his forehead, in the eye of his soul and his divinity. It is a practice that looks like the Spanish bull run in the San Fermines, in which thousands of people run in front of the bull (although in India, the reality is that they chase the bull) There are many differences, in fact all, except that both are tradition in which the bull is used for entertainment and that the matter goes far beyond economic purposes.
We are already ending this first month of 2017: January. You have eleven months left to make your dreams come true before the beginning of the next year;) Do not waste time in thinking about the past, but do take it as a reference to continue positively and learn from what you have experienced. Do you want to know curiosities and differences between Indians and Spaniards?
Happy 2017! We started this post of the year, with a poem about Buddha. I can not tell you more or I will spoil the beauty of this poem and the great truths of which it speaks … From my point of view, there are many ways of facing issues but the way of facing them wisely it´s through detachment :) It is very difficult… but we can try. Can we learn a little more about this form and philosophy of life? It is all about letting it go. Letting things go, people and everything around us. At least, I have this challenge ahead: New year, More detachment … and what about you?
